Founded in 1995, the Neighborhood Youth Outreach Program (NYOP) is a Christ-centered, arts-based community outreach program that empowers children, youth and their families to develop healthy relationships and lead responsible lives built on faith, hope and love.
NYOP is committed to provide arts-based program opportunities for children in the Wilkinsburg and surrounding areas through its organizational values which include dignity, respect, and empowering young people through the arts and mentoring to help them reach their full potential.
